We have been cooking, baking, and grilling new eats as well as spicing up our established menus and are ready to cater events for 40 or less. Unfortunately, we have had to suspend our cooking classes, possibly through the summer and fall, but we are open for catering. Here are some ideas from our catering menu: From the grill or oven baked or roasted:   Salmon fillets or tuna steaks; Poached salmon decorated your way;  the Best Ribs ever; Spicy Sirloin steak, or Beer can chicken; Pulled Pork; Sesame pork tenderloin; Many kinds of pasta of every shape with sauces meaty, spicy or both;  Shrimp baked or sautéed; Arancini; Eggplant; Calamari; Greens'n'beans, and so much more!  Salads: Spinach salad with bacon, eggs, mushrooms, and a dreamy, creamy dressing;   Asian noodle salad with peanuts, and crispy or cooked noodles; Tender green salad with strawberries and almonds;  Fruit salads, and fruit or vegetable  bowls or platters.
